Backed by a solid experience in the field, in 1992 he founded Uniproget Srl together with his colleague Mirco Peroni, with the intention to create a flexible and dynamic company, able to meet the demands from medium-small segment of the marine automation industry.
Within the company, he serves as Head of Estimates and Projects dealing particularly the final test at the customer; much of his working time is then used to interact directly with customers, providing the necessary technical assistance and voicing at the headquarters of the detected problems or difficulties.
In carrying out its task always he acts with the aim of adapting the supply of products and services to the needs and requirements of individual customers thanks to an efficient pricing method, customization and communication to inform, motivate and serve market at best.
